Crash Test Viewer
A 6D crash test data viewer for FalCon

For FalCon, a software company specializing in solutions for crash test analysis, I built a browser-based 6D crash test viewer — a tool that brings recorded crash data to life directly in the browser.
The app synchronizes two views of the same test: interactive 3D curves plotting the measured data over time, and a 3D model that replays the motion of a dummy head through all six degrees of freedom (position and rotation). Scrubbing the timeline moves both in lockstep, so engineers can correlate a spike in the data with the exact moment and pose in the 3D scene.
Built with Three.js, React Three Fiber and WebGL, it replaces static plots and video exports with a single explorable, real-time visualization.
