Meersburg Therme

For the city of Meersburg on Lake Constance, I produced architectural layouts and real-time virtual walkthroughs of a lakeside thermal spa — using Archicad for the architecture and Twinmotion (Epic Games) for immersive, real-time visualization.

The renderings brought the design to life at eye level: light-filled lounges opening onto the water, warm timber interiors, and the connection between building and shoreline.

Real-time visualization let stakeholders explore the design interactively and evaluate spatial and material decisions early in the process.
